Wiley Alexander Welch and His Ancestors

The Welch ancestors lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Alabama, and Arkansas until the 1920s when Wiley Welch and his family moved all the way west to Pasadena, California. They were farmers, shopkeepers, constables, postmen, carpenters and a physician until the mid-20th century when handsome, charming Rexford Lynn Welch burst forth with what would become a famous family restaurant in Long Beach, California.
